Approximately 90 members, family and friends (aged from 2 to late 70's) of Lesmahagow Male Voice Choir enjoyed a great Hogmanay party in the Jubilee Hall on Monday 31 December..

The magic trick by Gus thrilled Jack & Margaret when Mandy, David & their children appeared on stage from Germany to join in the fun.  The children's Fancy Dress Parade included a beautiful "Policewoman" (Colin) a Mickey Mouse and other characters.

 Entertainment started with Celebrity Dancing by Kenneth, Stuart & Alan with appropriate blow up partners, followed by Stars in their Eyes - David & Stan as Blues Brothers; Michelle & Gus performing "Fairy Tale in New York" and "The OLD Spice Girls" - Dianne, Joan, Ellie, Liz and Brenda.  This can be seen on "YouTube".

The company enjoyed various games and dancing; 2008 came in with a bang with a short fireworks display.  Thanks are extended to Davie Rollo for supplying the Disco, and Davie Affleck and Jim Hope for organisation.
